The property facilities were top-notch with heated bathroom tiles, complimentary tea and coffee, and freshly warmed croissants for breakfast. The staff were friendly, helpful, and exceeded our expectations. They had excellent suggestions for activities in the area. The location was perfect, away from the smell of natural hot springs.
Felt at home instantly, nothing was too much trouble.

The guestroom at Hamurana Lodge felt like a cozy retreat, with the softest bedding that made me want to stay in bed all day. And the free WiFi was a lifesaver for my social media addiction.
The minibar in the room was a bit limited for my taste, but hey, some people might enjoy that minimalistic touch.

I absolutely loved staying at this hotel! The location was incredible, nestled in what was once a beautiful park, overlooking a gorgeous lake. The view was simply breathtaking. The staff were so helpful and attentive, always making sure I had advice for activities in the area. The service here was top-notch, with friendly bell staff and a well-equipped laundry facility. The room itself was comfortable and had all the amenities I needed, including tea and coffee facilities, a mini-bar, and a cozy sitting area. The free toiletries were a nice touch, and I even had access to a television and an AM/FM alarm clock. The hotel also had a lovely dining restaurant and a cozy bar/lounge area where I could relax and enjoy a delicious breakfast.
I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.
